Jubilant Bhartia Foundation is a not for profit organization established in 2007 by Jubilant Bhartia Group with the vision, to bring progressive social change through strategic multi-stakeholder partnership.

And develop multi-stakeholder sustainable models to bring about ‘social change’ involving knowledge generation & sharing, experiential learning and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation follows 4P model (Public-Private-People-Partnership) for empowering communities and believes that for sustainable social intervention, the people themselves would have to be the drivers of these projects. The Foundation's role is to play as a catalyst and facilitate the process.

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation focuses on conceptualizing and implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the Jubilant Bhartia Group as well as its other corporate entities and channelize resources for bringing measurable social change in the society.

Primarily, the activities of the Foundation are focused on four key initiatives.

Strengthening Basic Healthcare Facilities

Providing vocational training to improve employment prospects among the local youth

Promoting social entrepreneurship

Some of the key initiatives among them are ‘Project Muskan’, ‘Swasthya Prahari, and ‘Nayee Disha’.

The Foundation intend to achieve a long term and sustainable social treatment and see itself as a facilitator, as a stimulating agent in this process. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has adopted participative mode for implementation of all its programs.

Adhering to our vision of a prosperous society we follow the following approaches:

  • Conduct assessment of social needs of the community
  • Prioritize the initiatives as per the areas of interventions
  • Adopt effective participative methods to implement 4P model (Public-Private-People-Partnership)
  • Employ suitable measurement index to track the potency of the interventions

The Foundation is also associated with several development agencies and corporate for implementing community development projects.

Jubilant Bhartia Foundation realises that its efforts in the area of community development are small steps in the direction of making a difference to the lives of the people it touches. The Foundation is determined to scale-up its initiatives and reach out to a larger section in the hope to power the circle of prosperity for its communities as it truly believes in enabling its communities to lead a healthy and meaningful life.
